8.5% NH room tax: $263.50
Refundable security deposit: $500.00
Total: $3,863.50 USD (with refundable security deposit)
We accept personal checks and bank certified checks. US funds.
We require half of the total ($1,931.75) at booking and the other half ($1,931.75) is due 6 weeks before check-in.
The $500 security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of check-out provided there is no damage and the house is left clean.
